Biographical Information?

Dr Samuel Law is Associate Professor of Intercultural Studies at Singapore Bible College and the Pastor-at-Large for the Evangelical Chinese Church of Seattle (WA, USA – www.eccseattle.org ) where he served as Elder Board Chair and English Ministry pastor (1996 – 2011). Previously, he has served as senior pastor for the Lexington Chinese Christian Church (KY, USA – www.lcccky.org, 2011 – 2016) and as Adjunct Faculty member in the Global and Urban Missions program at Seattle Pacific University’s School of Theology.

Prior to entering ministry, Dr Samuel served as a Staff Fellow at the National Institute for Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, National Institutes of Health (Bethesda MD) and also holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. Sam and his wife Esther have four children.

He is the author of Revitalizing Missions on the Cusp of Change: Complex Systems Science Mazeways for Mission Theory Amid Twenty-first Century Realities (Emeth Press, 2016) and more than 20 abstracts, articles, and chapters in the areas of missiology and biomedical engineering.?

He is a member of the American Society of Missiology, the Evangelical Missiological Society, the International Association for Mission Studies, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers
