Dr Brian H Thomas is an Associate Professor in NT Studies at SOTE. He joined the faculty in 2014.

Dr Thomas’s doctoral thesis, “Living in the Flesh by the Spirit: The Pauline View of Flesh and Spirit in Galatians,” was completed in 2015. It examines how the OT understanding of man as “flesh” was applied by Paul to new circumstances after the work of Christ at Calvary and the advent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

Dr Thomas has lived in Singapore since 2005 with his wife, teaching and ministering with various Christian ministries and seminaries here and in the surrounding region.?? They have one son. Their family worships and serves at Evangel Christian Church.
