教会事工证书课程的设立，旨在深化信徒对圣经真理的知识和掌握，提升其对灵命生活的成长和追求，并装备其能符合当代教会需求的事工技能。课程由经验丰富的牧师和神学家授课，无需学历要求、作业或测验。学员可以选择全程学习获得证书，或根据兴趣选择单独的科目。CCM特别为热心追求但担心神学学术难度的基督徒设计，也适合事工领袖和青年同工。

Lay Leadership (CLL)
Certificate in Lay Leadership (CLL)
The CLL program seeks to equip those serving on Church Boards as Elders, Deacons and Council members to serve alongside their pastors in the local church. CLL is an audit-only, 2-3 years program. The Certificate in Lay Leadership (CLL) will be awarded to those who complete the 4 core and 4 elective modules in the CLL program.

Note
- Two modules will be offered per Semester. Participants can take one or two modules per Semester according to their schedule.
- Semester 1: January to June; Semester 2: July to December.

Certificate of Church Ministry
CCM & CLL Jan-Jun 2025
CCM aims to equip church leaders and congregants with knowledge, skill and attitude that are contextually relevant to church ministries today. This program has no exams or requirements and is taught by experienced teachers. It’s for ministry leaders, young professionals, and dedicated church members. You can complete the whole program for a certificate or take individual classes.
Module Expectations
Each module lasts 12-16 hours, spreading over 4 to 8 weeks on weekends or weekdays. It can be performed in various forms. For example:
- Hybrid class (can choose online or onsite participation)
- Online through Zoom with the learning platform
- Certain modules are held onsite only, such as preaching modules
- Online learning platform to watch lecture videos and discussion with the online tutor
Note
- Module commencement is subjected to a minimum class size of 10
- Modules in CLL will run concurrently with CCM modules.
- Applicants who applied CLL can also take CCM modules but they are not considered as certification requirements of CLL.
Certification Requirements
To be awarded with the Certificate in Lay Leadership (CLL), students need to
- Complete 8 modules, including 4 cores and 4 electives in the CLL program.
- Achieve 75% attendance in each of the 8 modules.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should
- Must be actively serving in the church in a leadership role, such as cell group, deacon, elder, head of the ministry, etc.
- Can also be in a para-church or mission organization
- Need not be in Church Board or Council
Note
- This programme is open to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and those with valid residency pass in Singapore.
- For courses taught online or hybrid, students taking modules only need not be residing in Singapore.
