现代企业文化、领导风格与管理系统趋向专业化、部门化与精细化，造成了“内卷”现象频频出现。内卷的特征在于，过度竞争和精细化却无法有实质性的进步，并且过份强调细微末节的劳动分工，造成束手缚脚、事倍功半、停滞不前。
