The work of shepherds (anyone in a pastoral role) never ends. Shepherds can easily get tired and become stale in their ministry. They, too, need to be nourished and inspired to fulfill their calling given by the Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd. Come to the conference, and learn new insights, gain new perspectives and be refreshed through the plenary and workshop sessions, and form new friendships and networks to enhance your effectiveness in ministry.

Pastor Benny Ho
has seen a lifetime of ministry; including missions work with World Vision, planting bible schools around Asia, and over twenty years as a pastor in the local church.
He is the founder of Arrows College, a teaching and resource ministry to the broader body of Christ, and is the leader of D-Net, a network of churches that carry the mandate of disciple-making and church-planting. Pastor Benny is passionate about expository preaching and has a life goal of preaching through every book of the Bible.

苏承才牧师/博士 is the senior Pastor of Bethany Evangelical Free Church. He has a DMin in Preaching from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and was on the faculty of Singapore Bible College previously. |

Rev. Keith Lai is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church. He and his wife Mui Fong serves together as Pastor of Family Ministries in the church. |

Rev. Dr. David Wong has taught in theological schools and trained leaders from over 100 nations for the past 45 years. He was previously the Senior Pastor of Zion Bishan Bible-Presbyterian Church. |

李顺源博士 is the Academic Dean of School of Church Music in Singapore Bible College. |

Ps. Kirk Tan is a lay pastor at Covenant Evangelical Free Church overseeing her Men's Ministry and Cell Groups. He also chairs Men's Ministry Network, a relational network which encourages men's ministries in our local churches. |

Rev. Dr. Koh Nam Seng graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary with a PhD in Intercultural Studies. Currently, he is Associate Pastor at Glory Presbyterian Church (English service). |

Rev. Richard Wong is the Executive Director of Intentional Disciplemaking Network (IDN), and a Regional Trainer and Coach. He was the former senior pastor of Singapore Christian Canaan Church for 27 years. |

Rev. Louis Lau is an OMF missionary in Japan for the last 29 years. he is presently a church planting facilitator in Japan,and the Dean of ACTI (Asian Cross-Cultural Training Institute) training missionary cnadidates for the mission field. |
