核心的价值是即合作、忠诚、联系和授权。
仆人领袖中心（CSL）
今日的教会需要忠心、委身于神的领袖（提后二2）。有鉴于此，仆人领袖中心的宗旨是为教会培养不同阶层的核心领袖。仆人领袖中心的核心价值是CARE，即合作（collaboration）、忠诚(authenticity)、联系（relationship）和授权(empowerment)。
目前，仆人领袖中心运行三个项目：
教牧团契课程（PFP）
The PFP is a one-year mentoring programme for early-career pastors. Participants will receive mentoring from an experienced senior pastor in small peer groups to further equip them with the skills for service and provide them with a haven of peers for accountability and growth. Scholarships are available for applicants.
教会事工证书课程（CCM）
《教会事工课程》的设立，乃是帮助信徒深化对圣经真理的掌握，强化信仰的神学基础，整合各学科的实践理念，以装备他们在教会和在群体生活中服事与成长。长久而言，作主门徒是在所属的教会环境中发挥影响力，扮演属灵领导的角色。
教牧讲座与团契（PSF）
此事工旨在设立一交流平台以服事教牧及信徒领袖，促进有效的教会领导、牧养与福音工作。将邀请资深牧者和基督徒学者分享今日教会面对的牧养和挑战问题。聚会多采取混合课室（实体和线上）的形式，透过讲座，工作坊等活动，达成促进交流、互相观摩与学习的目的。
Certificate in Lay Leadership (CLL)
The CLL is an audit-only, two to three-year programme to equip individuals serving in Church Boards as Elders, Deacons and Council members to serve alongside their pastors in the local church. The Certificate in Lay Leadership (CLL) will be awarded upon completion of four core and four elective modules in this programme.
