Will what we are doing now continue after us? Or will it fall apart?

Succession is complex, and unless we plan wisely and implement intentionally, it will not happen.

The workshop will address questions like:

How do I know when to step down?
What role do I transition into?
What emotional and practical issues are
involved for predecessor and successor?
How do we manage people’s expectations in the midst of change?

We will learn from lives of biblical characters and draw principles for successful succession.
