Rev. Dr. Daniel Chua is currently Pastor-at-large of Mt Carmel B-P Church where he has served for the last 33 years. He also trains pastors and key leaders in mission countries and serves as Adjunct Faculty for local seminaries. He is the author of Feeding on Ashes, which offers a Christian response to Chinese ancestral worship.

This course provides a general overview of the message of each Old Testament book, how they relate to one another to form the whole, touching on author, date, occasion, uniqueness, biblical theology, and major events in the history of Israel. The course utilises the 3-section framework of Luke 24:44 when Jesus referred to the Old Testament: (1) The Law of Moses and (2) the Prophets and (3) the Psalms.
Rev. Samuel Poon attended Glory Presbyterian Church and Sembawang Baptist Church; Served as Deacon & Sessions Clerk at Glory Church. Graduated from SBC with a MDiv (2008-2011) and ThM (2010-2014). Pastor at S-Word Evangelical Free Church since June 2011. Married in 1994 and have 2 daughters, ages 22 & 24.

Most of the resources on discipleship, spiritual formation and spiritual discipline that are available to us here in Asia are from the West. As a result of that, some key themes that pertain to our Asian cultural and religious worldviews are not addressed.? This course will look at how we can approach spiritual formation and discipleship in a way that is relevant and effective to our context.
Mrs I¡¯Ching Thomas¡¯ past careers include a missionary in the MiddleEast, an itinerant apologist with an international apologetics ministry, and now Director of Global Leadership Development with Operation Mobilisation. In addition, she also speaks and writes in the area of cultural apologetics. Some of her writings include Jesus: The Path to Human Flourishing (Graceworks, 2018), as well as contribution to the best-selling book, Beyond Opinion (Thomas Nelson, 2007), and the upcoming The Harvest Handbook of World Religions (Harvest, 2020).

This course will help participants identify key milestones and challenges that married couples will navigate through the different stages of family life. It will also cover what the local church can do to address these challenges both from a biblical perspective as well as a practical response towards supporting marriages in conflict. Participants will be acquainted with resources and skills that they can use for their church¡¯s marriage ministry.
Mrs Chao-Koh Ai Jin is Senior Counsellor with Barker Road Methodist Church. She has worked with many couples for pre-marital and marriage counselling for 13 years now. A registered clinical counsellor and supervisor with the Singapore Association for Counselling, she has a Masters of Social Science in Counselling from Edith Cowan University. Ai Jin is also a PREPARE/ENRICH Authorized Seminar Director and Instructor.

This course will look at some key events related to the End such as the return of Christ, the millennium, resurrection and judgement, the future of the person and the New Creation. We will focus on the essentials in eschatology and seek to answer some of the questions Christians frequently ask.
Dr. Simon Chan was former Earnest Lau Professor of Systematic Theology at Trinity Theological College until his retirement in 2018. He is currently the editor of Asia Journal of Theology. Some of his recent writings include essays in the Oxford Handbook of Ecclesiology (2018) and The Routledge Handbook of Pentecostal Theology (2020).
