The Pastoral Fellowship Programme (PFP) is a year-long mentoring programme for early-career pastors conducted by experienced pastors. It is a platform to support our alumni in promoting ministry effectiveness.

Programme Overview

  1. The PFP is a year-long mentoring programme, and it is primarily for early-career pastors who are in their first five years of full-time ministry.
  2. Prospective participant (known as a “Pastoral Fellow”) will be placed in small peer-group of about three to four pastoral fellows, and each peer-group will be mentored by an experienced pastor (known as an “Honorary Fellow”). The PFP Honorary Fellows are experienced evangelical pastors with a good reputation within the Christian community. A brief biography of the HFs for the 2018 enrolment will be provided at a later date.
  3. Each group will meet about ten times over a year for a peer-group session, which would include two one-day retreats organized by CSL at the beginning and end of the PFP.
