What Strategies Can Ensure Continuity and Succession in Church Leadership?

News about pastors and ministry workers retiring is common these days. Churches are struggling to find replacements or additions to their staff team. Enrolments in seminaries are on the decline all over the world.

What can churches do to ensure a pipeline of workers for continuity and succession.

What can seminaries do to stem the tide of falling enrolment?

How can churches and seminaries work together?

This symposium will address the root issues and suggest possible solutions to the problem which will be more acute in the very near future.
