Many pastors and others in shepherding ministries suffer from an identity crisis and vocational confusion, made worse by a growing sense of loneliness, relational fatigue, and the loss of passion and creativity.

The solution is to hear Jesus¡¯ invitation in Matt 11:28-30 afresh.

He cares for His under-shepherds and invites us, ¡°Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest¡± (Mk 6:31).
