Arising out of the ashes of World War II and the postcolonial era and the emergence of scores of new nations, the world is increasingly becoming more diverse and varied both longitudinally with more generations living together and laterally as new cultural narratives are being written.

As SOTE marks its 60th anniversary, join us for a week of engaging events that celebrates God¡¯s faithfulness through the years, reflects on the tidal waves of change that are shaping Singapore and the world, and mobilizes Christ¡¯s disciples and His church to embrace the host of possibilities and opportunities of this 21st century.

The book features nine accounts by men and women from different walks of life, who share how they engage, serve, and advocate for migrant workers in our midst; four multidisciplinary conceptual think pieces by Dr. Calvin Chong, Associate Professor of Practical Theology; and three lists of practical activities by SBC students.
