SYNOPSIS

Living in today’s world, with its constant striving and relentless emphasis on success and speed, we have become lost and fragmented in it. We need to practice being unhurried and becoming unbusy persons. There is a need to cultivate a refuge for our soul so that our bodies and mind can be renewed and restored in a world of busyness and stress.
