Job Type: Full-time

The Human Resources Executive supports all aspects of the HR Department. He/She must possess strong HR generalist competencies and be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.

This job position is important to the College¡¯s educational success as faculty and staff are our most important assets. Influencing a cohesive and productive workplace and promoting the College¡¯s values where everyone works to realize the College¡¯s established mission and objectives is key.

The scope of work will involve administering the full spectrum of HR¡¯s day-to-day functions and support the HR Leader/s in strategic HR management, organization development and HR relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordination of schedules and general admin support to the Key Leadership are also part of the responsibilities from time to time.

  • Proactively keeps up to date with the regular changes in labour regulations and HR practices/new ideas to ensure the HR policies and procedures are well communicated and in compliance with labour laws.
  • Builds relations with and supports employees in relation to work visas, contracts, family relocation, insurance etc matters with empathy.
  • Update and maintain all HR digital files, drives and records are kept meticulously and confidentiality is not compromised.
  • Coordinates and supports the complete talent acquisition process cycle ensuring all necessary documents, checks, compliance and announcements are followed through for on & off-boarding with proper processes, digital filing and records.
  • Prepares and submits all claims and monitor employee entitlements with clear records and tracking reports eg L&D applications, leave, medical, insurance etc.

Education and Experience

  • Singaporean or Singapore PR only.

This role serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Key responsibilities include managing front desk operations efficiently, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients with compassion. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with the counseling professionals who utilize the Counselling Centre to facilitate seamless operations.

Reception Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Liaison with New Clients

  • Schedule the first session and reserve a room.
  • Explain the fee structure to client.

The Registrar is an experienced administrative manager tasked with overseeing academic records, registration processes, and student information systems at SBC. Leadership

Head of IT£¯IT Department

Reports To: Sr Director – Admin

Job Type: Full-time

The Head of IT will lead a team and manage all technology-based, audio/video and information systems and applications for the College, supporting the vision, mission and values of our faith-based education. The incumbent will be required to develop IT strategies aligned with the College¡¯s mission, enhance digital infrastructure and implement/upgrade systems/software that foster greater operational efficiency, data security and faculty, staff, students and alumni engagement. A key focus will be on integrating innovative technology solutions continually to support online, hybrid and AI-assisted learning and teaching while considering the constraints of a non-profit environment. This position will be based on campus and occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support events, system updates, equipment/power and other forms of IT maintenance or project deadlines.

Strategic IT Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the College¡¯s mission and strategic goals, focusing on cost-effectiveness, innovation and security.

Lead, Spiritual Formation Coordination£¯
Spiritual Formation and Chaplaincy

Reports To: Head of Spiritual Formation and Chaplaincy

Job Type: Full-time

The Spiritual Formation (SF) Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote the spiritual growth and formation of the students in preparation for their ministry. This role requires a good understanding of the theological basis of SF, a passion for nurturing spiritual growth of students, and the ability to create meaningful experiences that contribute to the holistic theological education of the College.

Programme Development

  • Work closely with the SF Committee for the following two aspects.
  • Develop a framework for the College¡¯s SF integration with academics.
  • Create a diverse range of experiences (such as retreats, pastoral care group [PCG], prayers, scriptural engagement, etc.) to cater to various spiritual needs.

Coordination

  • Work closely with the SF Committee for running the SF programs
  • Work closely with the Deans and faculty to adapt and implement the SF integration framework in the various schools and Advanced Studies.
  • Plan and execute SF related College Events with a committee.
  • Oversee the PCG system.
  • Work closely with the Chaplaincy and Dormitory Life Offices for feedback on the students¡¯ general spirituality to ensure a coordinated approach to SF.

Spiritual Guidance

  • Facilitate and lead SF activities, such as retreats, prayer groups, PCG.
  • Meet with students from the various schools regularly to provide spiritual direction.
  • Foster a supportive environment for students to explore and deepen their faith.
  • Assessment and Evaluation
    • Assess regularly the effectiveness of spiritual formation programmes.
    • Gather feedback from students, faculty, and staff to make informed recommendations to the Academic Committee for adjustments and improvements.
    • Analyse the SF evaluations of students and provide recommendations for follow-up.

Executive (Design & Branding)
Corporate Communications

Reports To: Senior Director, Administration

Job Type: Full-time

The incumbent will work in tandem with various office bearers to develop designs and multi-media products in line with the organisation¡¯s direction. This position requires a hands-on practitioner of communication mediums (print, online and social media) and processes while being sensitive to target audience/s. The incumbent can take concepts and ideas to create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverables. Collaborating with multiple teams across the College, the incumbent should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into designs that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and enhance media visibility of the College’s educational programs, its faculty and research to media, businesses, and stakeholders.
  • Understand the branding, marketing targets to pitch and place designs, stories and position the College in a leadership role in theological education.
  • Collaborate with various departments with regards to targeted marketing, publications, and communication outreach.
  • Propose and manage budget and other resources for the functional areas assigned.
  • Participate in the production of videos, events, photography, exhibitions, publications, etc.
  • Carry out basic statistics analysis, keep up to date with market trends and apply AI tools for designs and branding.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
  • Preferably Diploma or Degree in visual communications and/or graphic design with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in in-house or creative agencies.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design, photography and execution of marketing including prints and social media communications.
  • Good oral and written communication and presentation skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills with design software including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, HTML5, WordPress, photo-editing and JavaScript.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines with desire to continue building skill sets with learning & development.
